Only those who truly are a risk should be incarcerated and the facilities they are housed in are safe for both those working and those under state control.

Those that are incarcerated should be treated as human beings. That means humane and safe treatment of all who are incarcerated.

Those who have served their time should be FULLY restored of their constitutional rights & liberties, with minimal reentry barriers.
